Shipping and delivery
We ship goods Australia-wide and internationally using Australia Post. We do not charge an additional fee for postage in Australia. Shipping times in Australia are estimated at between 3 and 5 business days, depending on your location. For postage costs and shipping times outside of Australia, please contact us through .
Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or doesn't do what it is supposed to do.
If you or your colleagues give less than 24 hours notice of your inability to be part of the webinar, refunds are not given. However, all registrants will receive a YouTube recording of the webinar which they can watch as many times as they wish. They will also be able to telephone or email questions to the webinar presenter. If you cancel your booking more than 24 hours beforehand, you are eligible for a refund minus a 15% admin. fee or you can hold a credit towards a future webinar or workshop with us. With group bookings, the original cost still applies due to the discounted group rate given. However, you are welcome to organise another person to participate in their place.
Bookings for conferences or in-house training programs
Once booked for a presentation, a 50% deposit is required. The remaining 50% is payable after the presentation(s). All invoices are payable within 7 days of issue.
You agree to take responsibility for promoting the presentation(s), providing the venue, copying the notes, and providing refreshments, if required, for the participants.
When it is stated in the proposal that travel expenses apply, these typically include: return economy airfares from Brisbane to your location, overnight accommodation the evening before the presentation(s), meals, taxi fares, and parking. All expenses will be at cost and receipts will be provided with a summary invoice after the event.
In the event of cancellation by you, the 50% deposit is not refundable. However, this can be transferred if 30 days or more notice is given and the booking is rescheduled. In the event of cancellation by you less than one week before the engagement date, the full fee is payable.
In the event of cancellation by Ken Warren, all monies paid will be refunded to you. Alternatively, you may choose to transfer the engagement date to another mutually agreed time or have him arrange an alternative speaker in lieu of the refund.
The content of the presentation(s) remains the property of Positive People Solutions. If you wish to re-use the content, licensing fees apply.
