Positive People Solutions Ken Warren

Do you work with someone who has a long history of being difficult?

Are they causing offence, creating stress, or undermining what you are trying to achieve?

Are they tolerated because of their expertise or it is thought too hard to move them on?

Who is This Program For?

  • People presently dealing with a problematic team member or manager
  • Those who want to be proactive in minimising problems in their team
  • Team Leaders, Managers, and those aspiring to leadership positions
  • Human Resources Professionals, Mediators, Counsellors, and others in helping roles

Why is This Training Important?

Frustrations with managers and colleagues come at a huge cost to workplaces. Such challenges tend to result in reduced morale, levels of service delivery, and productivity.

There is also an increase in rates of sick leave, complaints of harassment and bullying, and unnecessary staff turnover.

Then there is the cost to managers of the time they need to spend counselling team members who are involved, performance managing staff, and responding to formal grievances.

When you add it up, the cost is enormous!

Whether you are presently dealing with a challenging personality, want to be less-difficult yourself, or simply want to be proactive in encouraging positive workplace relationships, you will find this program very worthwhile.

  1. Be less affected and offended by problem personalities
