There is no doubt that the quality of team relationships has a direct effect on morale, team performance, and service delivery.

But relationships with your manager and colleagues are not always easy.

Given the pressures of high workloads and the different personalities you work with, it is all too easy to get out of step and for misunderstandings to occur.

Fortunately, there are actions we can all take to fit in more easily with colleagues, sort through difficulties when they arise, and create stronger, more positive, team relationships.

Who is this workshop for?

Learn how to:

  1. Reduce the risk of misunderstandings occurring between colleagues
  2. Work more easily with the different personalities in your team
  3. Respond helpfully to unfair accusations and negative feedback
  4. Reduce the risk of workplace bullying occurring or being perceived
  5. Work through difficulties before they escalate into major concerns
  6. Overcome upsets when they occur and get relationships back on track
  7. Contribute positively to morale and strong team relationships
  8. Develop a clear understanding of the behaviours that all need to share

"Our school engaged Ken to run a full-day workshop on building stronger, more positive team relationships. The feedback from staff has been tremendous: 'The most beneficial PD I’ve had in many years', said one of my teachers. At the end of the day, there was such a positive buzz around the room and a genuine appreciation of the spark Ken had ignited across our whole team."

"Ken made me feel at ease straight away after he introduced himself on my arrival. That made me feel that I was not just a number in his class, but another human being.
